We value your loyalty. We love serving you and want to encourage you to come back to us by offering you lower rates on all of your treatments. You’ll pay only one fee to join and then a low yearly fee to cover dozens of first rate services.

Our patient loyalty program is helping our patients save money while they achieve the bright, healthy smiles of their dreams. If you have been unable to justify certain procedures in the past, our loyalty program can put some extra money back in your pocket so that you can make those important changes to your smile!

From cleanings to teeth whitening, you’ll enjoy the lowest costs. We also provide periodontal and children’s programs so that we can cater to our patients’ unique needs.

Simply schedule your free consultation with our office. We will introduce you to our team, familiarize you with the office, and let you know about your membership options.

• 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
• $99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

• Perio maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)
• Doctor exams (1-2 per year)

• $99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
